Book an appointment for most of our services online any time - day or night! We'll confirm your appointment through e-mail once we have reviewed it.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SUBMIT RIGHT AT THE END TO ENSURE THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUEST COMES THROUGH TO US, THANK YOU.
If you do not receive a confirmation email it means that it was not submitted, please contact us if this happens to you, and we will be more than happy to help.
***PLEASE NOTE***
Due to the increasing number of no show appointments Salon 323 has regrettably had to enforce a booking fee policy.
THIS WILL BE KEPT IF THE APPOINTMENT IS A NO SHOW OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OF LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE.
The booking fee will be taken off your final total at end of the service or treatment
Once you have booked your appointment a member of the team will be in contact to confirm payment method, IF PAYMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE CANNOT ACCEPT A REQUEST WITHOUT THE BOOKING FEE.

SERVICES OVER £30 REQUIRE A 25% BOOKING FEE (appointment is confirmed prior to fee).
ALL SERVICES FOR PREVIOUS NO SHOWS WILL REQUIRE A 50% BOOKING FEE BEFORE THE BOOKING REQUEST IS ACCEPTED.
***BEAUTY AND NAILS***
A 50% BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY OF OUR BEAUTY AND NAIL APPOINTMENTS.

- Then the type of service you require (you can start typing to find the service, to save you scrolling), more information & pricing can be found here (you can do more than one, providing the employee can offer it)
Once you have made you selection a list of available times will be shown
- You can change any of the first step here
- If there are no times we are either fully booked or may not be open at the time, find out when we are open here
Once you have selected the time that suits
- Sign in (if you have set-up an account)
- or pass us you details (so we can contact you about the appointment)
- If you want to hear more from us tick the box
Final step check over you booking (make a change if needed)
