Cheri has been in the hair industry for 25 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise starting as work experience and a Saturday girl back in 1998 to becoming a qualified Assessor and Salon Manager. There isn't much she doesn't know about hair!!
Growing up in Southway and living there again for the past 11 years, Cheri is super excited to now have a salon in the area she knows so well.
As well has being passionate about Hairdressing, Cheri is also a Herbalife Independent Member which she'd happily give advice about during your appointment.
During her free time she also is a Storm Running Leader and enjoys watching her husband and son take part in their sporting activities.

Beauty Manager and Lash Technician at Salon 323
Maria is part of the beauty team and specialises in lashes, dermaplaning and nails but can carry out most aspects of Beauty Therapy.
Maria until recently was local to the area so will be a familiar face to many. She has her own mobile beauty business where she has a great following.

Bex is part of the beauty team and carries out all beauty treatments including waxing, facials, massage, manicures, pedicures and specialises in Make Up.
Bex is a busy mum of 3 and extremely passionate about all things beauty.

Alena has joined us from Ukraine and has been in the hair industry for over 20 years.
Alena carries out all aspect of hairdressing and has a real passion for the industry, her attention to detail and hair analysis shows in every client she has in her chair.
She is a mum to two daughters and loves going to the gym in her spare time.

Marie is the newest member of the hair team and has been in the hair industry for over 10 years.
Marie can carry out all aspects of hairdressing and specialises in colouring services.
Marie would like to welcome all clients old and new and is quickly establishing herself as a member of the team and building up her clientele.
